Who we are
salespeople.co.uk is operated by Panacea Insight Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Data controller for personal data collected via this site: Panacea Insight Ltd. Data Protection contact: dpo@salespeople.co.uk.
What we collect
- Server logs. IP address, user agent, request path, response status, timestamp. Retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Aggregate analytics. Page-view counts and referrer aggregates via Vercel Analytics. We do not collect cross-site tracking identifiers.
- Newsletter sign-ups (if you submit the form). Email address and submission timestamp. Used only to send the newsletter you signed up for. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
- Job applications.We do not collect job applications. Apply links go directly to the employer's site; applications are between you and the employer.
- Account data (if you sign up as an event organiser or employer). Email, organisation name, country code, posting history. Stored on the events.salespeople.co.uk engine. Sign-in is via magic-link email; we do not store passwords.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not enrich your email against third-party data brokers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Email dpo@salespeople.co.uk to exercise any of these. We respond inside one calendar month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. Aggregate analytics are first-party and do not require consent under PECR. If we change this, we will update this page and add a consent banner.
Lawful basis
- Server logs: legitimate interest (security, debugging).
- Aggregate analytics: legitimate interest (understand reader behaviour without identifying individuals).
- Newsletter sign-ups: consent (you submit the form).
- Account data:contract (we can't deliver the organiser portal without it).
